DisplayHub is a smart digital signage solution that will convert any screen into a signage screen. It is built on browser based software which means you to not need a widget or dongle to plug in. Most SMART TV’s have we apps built into them. In the majority of case DisplayHub simply connects and allows you to be up and running in minutes.

Delegate takeover
No more do your delegates need to present from their laptop in a static position. Hospitality Digital Services have developed a unique solution that allows a presenter to connect their phone to the TV or presentation device by simply scanning a QR code on screen. Works on any device connected to the cloud. The presenter can then walk around and present from anywhere in the room from their own phone.

Scheduling software
Cloud-based portal accessible 24/7/365 from anywhere on any device. Just log in and view what content is being displayed on which screen. Control one or multiple screens from the same portal. Schedule by the minute, hour, day, week month or year. Keep track of your schedules and report on screen time.

We know that in hospitality you have health and safety tick boxes to complete. Our solution allows your business to tick off fire safety. At the click of a button each connected signage screen can display emergency information like where the nearest fire exit is.

DisplayHub isn’t the only signage solution on the market. However, how we differ is in the technology used to display the content. Our clever bods at the heart of this company have developed a link which we have called LiveLink. This software monitors activity on the connected device and then refreshes the screen to reload the scheduled content. Due to it being browser based we do not need flash equipment or powerful computers to run it. If you have a signage screen already in place it will work out the box. If the screen connected does not have an internet connection, we can connect it using one of our special boxes. Small unit built on Raspberry Pi. We can connect any screen that has at least a HDMI connection.

Our team of developers have created pixel-perfect layouts for all screen sizes. If there is a specific look or layout that you wish to implement, just talk to the team. We have tried to think of all the relevant templates. We decided upon at a templated route as we believed this gave our customers continuity. Design what you want it great but individual design styles across a business do not look professional.

LiveLink
Connect with no wires and no app

Our solution is charged per screen connected. Starting at just £20 per month per screen, this reduces in price based on connecting more screens. If your business is planning on adding 100’s of screens we can discuss a licence cost. There are two types of screen. Commercial use digital signage screens are designed to be left on for hours upon hours. They are more expensive but they last longer. You can specify these to have microcomputers in the back. If this is the case and these are the screens you have then our software can be integrated and the screens connected. If you have a standard screen (TV or computer monitor) we will have to link them to the cloud via one of our special boxes. These are not expensive. Easy to set up and connect.

Connect in seconds
Simply scan the QR code on screen with your phone camera. This will create a unique secure connection between your screen and your phone. Upload the slides using the upload facility on screen. Then cast the images to screen. The user simply then selects the image that they would like displaying on screen. The presentation could be controlled from anywhere in the room or by another person. Freeing up the presenter.

Delegate takeover
We love this feature. Whilst the name probably doesn’t do it just the functionality and feature is unique to any other signage solution on the market. This feature allows your delegates to connect their mobile device to the screen in the meeting room. No cables, equipment or software is required. Simple take your phone out, open the camera app. Hover it over the QR code and click the popup that will appear on your screen. That is it! The two are connected. Anything you upload from your device can be displayed on the screen. Currently only works with images but we are looking to extend to video.
