Points mean performance

Gamification was included in our compliance because we wanted the checklists to be engaging. Many tasks can be laborious. However, these jobs need doing. HDS cloud platform provides a point for each item checked off and 2 points for writing notes.

Why does this matter?

Hospitality Digital Services now has the capabilities to monitor in real-time your business’s commercial fridges and refrigeration solutions. Whether a large scale franchise, supermarket, hotel, commercial kitchen it is paramount that food is kept at the right temperature. Changes in temperature can cause a host of issues which then can cause food to spoil. Resulting in a loss of stock and £1000’s of lost revenue.

HDS has the ability to deploy a satellite sensor that we install into your various solutions. They are configured before they are on-site and the installation is quickly implemented. The solution comes with its own gateway that simply needs to connect to your business internet router. If the connection to your router is not allowed we can offer a SIM card option.

The satellite devices connect to our router and beam back the data to our cloud solution.

If the devices notice that temperatures and humidity fall outside the parameters set then SMS and email alerts will be deployed until the issue is resolved. Peace of mind knowing that it is being monitored 24/7/365.

Threashold control is easily set during installation. The system will auto report whenever the device falls outside of these paramenters. Set realistics parameters so alerts are not been sent when a door opens. When you get an alert, you know there is an issue and can react quickly.
